This is why the Dual Probe Remote Thermometer has a number of pre-programmed temperatures for beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry and nine types of game (such as duck and venison). Would you like to adjust the temperatures to your personal preference? That too is possible. The probes measure temperatures up to 380°C.
